Landscapes in various media

I paint landscapes, in oil, watercolour, and acrylic. Landscapes are mute, and provide an armature upon which I can hang colour and form. I can then watch the quiet struggle between coloured lines and the spaces that they enclose. I know landscapes, as I know the interiors of my rooms, and the contours of my face; when I look carefully with a quiet mind, perhaps at the changes in the light, at the passing of the years, there is always something new to see.
