Self-taught, I work by intuition. I paint from the heart as I believe that my paintings will first touch emotionnaly the people who look at them. I am inspired by what I feel when I see a subject.

What matters to me is the creation process, the pleasure of discovering what is revealed under the strokes of the brush. I let myself be guided by the textures, the mix of colors to draw a play of shadow and light.

I exhibited in galleries in the years 2008, first small formats where my subjects came from photos of landscapes taken here and there.

My interest in figurative art was revealed later with the desire to capture the essence of an emotion, the flash of a glance in order to transcribe these, to give them life and to fix them in time.
