To purchase a gift certificate, complete this form. Once the form has been successfully completed, you will receive instructions by email for e-transfer. Once payment has been received, we will send you the gift certificate by email to the address indicated under "Your email".
Conditions
Gift certificates are not refundable, or exchangeable and cannot be used with any promotion.
The gift certificate must be used in a single transaction at one TDA member artist's studio.
Only active artist-members, of the current edition of the Tour des Arts , can accept the gift certificate.
If the amount of the purchase is less than the certificate value, no refund will be issued to make up the difference.
The printed certificate must be submitted at the time of purchase.
