t is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the sudden passing of Richard Bélanger. His studio will be closed during the Tour des Arts. Richard had been a member and active participant of the Tour des Arts for many years. His outstanding paintings had won him many prizes in both Canada and the United States. He was also a dear friend and cherished colleague. He will be greatly missed.
